Survivor consultation and participation
As an organisation, we are committed to improving the services we provide through participation, involvement and co-production with survivors.
We recognise that our services, policies, processes and goals should be led and shaped by people best placed to know what works: victims and survivors of domestic abuse. They are experts by experience.
Participation and involvement is a two-way process involving sharing information and ideas, where victims and survivors of domestic abuse are able to influence decisions and take part in decision-making processes. We are keen to involve individuals in a meaningful, consistent and on-going way. At the moment we are speaking to victims and survivors about the best way to achieve this. If you have any ideas or suggestions about how we as an organisation engage with you we want to hear from you.
You don’t have to be in receipt of our services here at Thrive in order to participate. We also welcome feedback and suggestions on service development from people who have experienced domestic abuse and who haven’t received support from Thrive.
You can email us using the information below.
We’ll look forward to hearing from you.
